Super Show 4: North America Facebook page started this Super Show 5: North America Fan Project again. Please read and spread this thank you! Don’t forget to submit something!! :D

Hello everyone!!

So instead of organizing a flash mob, I’ve come up with an idea that should prove infinitely easier and more accessible to everyone. This project will most likely end up being attached to the petition, and/or uploaded to YouTube and sent to SM Entertainment in link format.

Youtube, you ask? You guessed it — a video project!

What I have planned for this project is fairly simple — creating a video montage of as many fans from North America as possible! This will hopefully prove to SM Entertainment that NA ELF are a force to be reckoned with. All you have to do is make a short film of yourself saying this line:

“My name is ________, I am from _________ and I am an ELF! Please bring Super Show 5/SS5 to North America!”

Now, if you aren’t comfortable saying your name, you don’t have to include it. Likewise if you aren’t comfortable saying exactly where you’re from, you can always say “I am from North America and I am an ELF!” That being said, and I hope this goes without saying, but PLEASE do not participate if you aren’t from North America. I appreciate your support on this page, but the point is to show SM that there are lots of fans from the good ol’ continent of America the North. Along those lines, when filming, PLEASE do not say “Bring SS5 to (insert country/city here)”. I am trying to keep this project as broad as possible so that I don’t exclude anyone. I imagine a majority of the submissions will be from the US, but I don’t want to exclude Canada/Puerto Rico/Mexico fans either. 

When you make your video, show your SJ love! Deck yourself out in Sapphire blue, show off your albums or posters, or anything else that you can come up with! If you would like to include a short portion of a dance in the video or a message, feel free but please keep in mind, I have to keep this video shorter than 10 minutes, so please try to keep it short. I’ll do my best to include the whole portion of your video.

Submissions should be emailed to ss5northamerica@gmail.com. You can either email them directly to me, or you can upload it to your youtube channel and send me the link. When you send me your submission please tell me either your first name and last initial, or a username you would like me to include in the credits. I will be listing the names of all of the participants at the end.

Please send all submissions by SUNDAY, MAY 12th at 1:00AM KST (that’s SATURDAY, MAY 11th at 12:00PM EST). After that I will start working on compiling all the submissions into one video. That gives you a little over two weeks from now (today is April 23rd) to film and submit your video. I hope to see a lot of participation, and thank you all for your support!

IF YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE SENDING IN A VIDEO FOR THE FANPROJECT: Please send in a picture of yourself with something that identifies you as an ELF (a SuJu album, a poster, sapphire blue paraphranalia, etc) and holding as sign that says “I am an ELF from North America and I want to see Super Show 5!” If you want to write the sign in Korean as well, here’s how it should look:

As before, if you want to put your name on the sign that’d be great, but you’re more than welcome to put a username or an alias. I’d like to be able to fill a 10 minute video — 1000 votes for every minute in the video — so let’s keep the submissions coming!
